🧵 Where are the products made?
The children's sweatshirts are made in certified textile workshops in Honduras or Bangladesh (depending on the models), then embroidered in Spain or Latvia (depending on availability). Each piece is made especially for you: no overproduction, no unnecessary stock, and clear, durable embroidery quality.
🪡 Why are they not all 100% organic cotton?
I dream of only offering 100% organic cotton pieces… and I will get there 💛
But today, it is extremely difficult to find a supplier who:
- accepts small volumes,
- offers premium materials,
- allows for high-quality embroidery.
I prefer to start with comfortable, resistant, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified textiles, then move towards even more eco-friendly materials as the brand grows (who knows?!).
⏳ What are the production times?
Since each item is embroidered on demand, it takes on average 3 to 5 business days for production. This is a little longer than a brand that ships from stock, but it avoids overproduction and allows for the creation of a unique piece for each order ✨
🚚 What are the delivery times?
The workshops automatically select the most suitable carrier.
From experience (yes, I ordered pleeeeenty for all prototypes):
- FedEx is often the fastest: delivery in 2 to 3 days.
- Spring is a bit slower: delivery in 5 to 7 days.
In any case, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
🇨🇭🇫🇷 Customs fees: what to expect?
For orders in France:
Good news: no customs fees 🎉 because the workshops are located in the EU.
For orders in Switzerland:
As Switzerland is outside the EU, orders over 63 CHF (which usually means more than 2 items) are subject to customs duties.
Here's how it's calculated:

A flat fee of 12-15 CHF + 3% of the order amount (carrier's handling fee)

+ 8.1 % of the order amount (Swiss VAT)
These fees are payable:

directly to the postman,

or at the post office counter,

or sometimes after the fact via a FedEx invoice.

🌍 Why is delivery more expensive for Switzerland than for France?
Because shipping costs from Spain or Latvia are about three times higher to Switzerland than to France. I already cover a large part of these costs, but not all of them.
✨ However, delivery is FREE for 2 items or more.
This keeps prices reasonable while remaining transparent.
📦 How do returns work?
Regardless of the reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Since each item is made especially for you, returns are not automatic. If you really have a major sizing issue, contact me to see if I can offer an exchange.
However, in case of a problem (defect, incorrect embroidery, damaged product), contact me so I can ask the workshop to send you a new product.

🎁 What do you receive in the package? (Unboxing)
For now, the packaging is simple and minimalist, to keep shipping costs reasonable and avoid waste. If the project grows (fingers crossed!), I will invest in pretty pouches, stickers, personalized cards…
✨ But that would also imply a slight price adjustment.
🏷️ Why is there a “Gildan” label and not a “Lémanade” label on some products?
Because I'm just starting out... 🤓 Very small volumes don't yet allow for personalized labels or completely "full branded" items on all products. If the project grows, I will offer even more premium textiles, with a woven Lémanade label 💛
