📦 Shipping
Each item sold on the Lémanade-shop.com website is embroidered on demand in our partner workshops located in Spain and Latvia. This helps avoid overproduction and creates a unique piece for each order.
Production time:
3 to 5 business days on average. Delays may occur if the workshops experience a production peak.
Delivery time:
Varies depending on the carrier automatically selected by the workshop. For example:
- FedEx: 2 to 3 business days (generally the fastest)

Spring: 5 to 7 business days
- Asana: 5 to 7 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
🔄 Returns
As each item is made especially for you, returns are not systematic. In case of a defect, embroidery error, or damaged product, I always find a solution — just contact me 📩
For a return request, please respect the following conditions:
- the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- the request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order
- contact me before any return so I can tell you what to do

💸 Customs
Orders in France
Good news: no customs fees apply.
Orders in Switzerland
As Switzerland is outside the EU, some orders may be subject to import fees. Generally, an order over 63 CHF (i.e., more than two products) may incur:
- a flat fee of about 10-12 CHF
- 8.1% of the order amount (Swiss VAT)
These fees must be paid upon delivery (directly to the postman/delivery driver/Post Office counter), or via an invoice sent by email after receipt.
